48 Hour Cancellation Policy

I understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with me.

In order to respect the time of both myself and my guests, I simply ask you that you notify me of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to your appointment with me

Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior will result in a 50% charge fee of your serviced booked.

Some of my larger services will require a deposit. A £20.00 deposit will be required but fully refunable should you have to cancel 48 hours before your appointment.

An allergie test is reqiured for all new guests and every 6 months for returning guests.

I make every attempt to ensure you are satified with your experience in my Cabin.

In the event that you are not satisfied, please contact me within 48 hours of your service.
